Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience at our hotel.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain front desk operations, including managing reservations, processing payments, and conducting night audits as needed.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in phone etiquette; bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage but training will be provided.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
