Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, analytical, and compassionate Medical Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) specializing in complex chronic illness, tick-borne diseases, and cellular health. This role is ideal for a practitioner who thrives in a dynamic, cutting-edge medical environment and is deeply committed to continuous clinical learning.
You will work closely with our established providers to deliver and master advanced protocols, including complex hormone therapies, customized IV nutritional and oxidative therapies, specialized supplementation, regenerative therapies, and innovative treatments for severe auto-immune and chronic diseases. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, energetic, and collaborative team player who prioritizes an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive medical histories and highly detailed physical examinations tailored to complex, multi-system chronic illnesses.

· Order, interpret, and evaluate specialized functional medicine labs, diagnostic imaging, and advanced pathogen/tick-borne disease panels to identify deep-seated pathophysiologic processes.

· Design and implement individualized, root-cause treatment plans combining conventional medicine with advanced integrative modalities.

· Educate patients extensively regarding their diagnoses, treatment protocols, supplement regimens, lifestyle modifications, and potential side effects.

· Collaborate fluidly with clinical staff, including IV technicians, Medical Assistants, and scheduling coordinators, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional patient environment.

· Participate in and support shared medical visits and peer-to-peer clinical collaboration.

· Maintain the highest ethical standards, compliance, and clinical precision while practicing independently within the scope of Utah state law.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

· Active, unrestricted Medical License in the State of Utah (MD, DO, APRN, or PA-C).

· Active DEA License.

· Board Certification / Board Eligibility (BC/BE).

· Graduate of an accredited medical, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).

Highly Preferred Experience (Strong Incentives)

· Lyme Disease Specialization: Prefer formal training and certification through ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society), demonstrating a strong clinical proficiency in managing Lyme disease, co-infections, and associated tick-borne illnesses.

· Functional Medicine Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience practicing within a functional, integrative, or holistic medicine framework is highly preferred and serves as a major incentive for top-tier candidates.

· Proven experience treating complex chronic fatigue, mold/biotoxin illness (CIRS), autoimmune dysregulation, and endocrine disorders.
