Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and highly skilled Commercial Pilots to act as Pilot In Command under 14 CFR Part 135 on the Beechcraft Baron and Piper Navajo. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating aircraft to transport passengers or cargo, ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies. Responsibilities
- Safely operate aircraft professionally in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company standards
- Comply with all company insurance policies
- Lead and manage flight crews, providing clear instructions and fostering teamwork to ensure smooth flight operations
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and ground staff to coordinate flight activities seamlessly
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, review weather conditions, and plan routes to optimize safety and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all aviation safety standards, including aircraft maintenance checks and operational procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs professionally and courteously during flights
- Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and documentation required for regulatory compliance and operational records
Requirements
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, and Multiengine Rating required
- Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) governing commercial flight operations (preferred but not required to apply)
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with crew members, ground staff, and air traffic controllers
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing team dynamics during flight operations
- Knowledge of aviation safety protocols, customer service excellence, and crew management practices
- First Class Medical Certificate
- US Passport or other passport with Permanent Residency only
- FCC Radio Permit
- High Performance endorsement (preferred)
- Must be willing to relocate to within one-hour drive to KPMP
