Full Job Description

Construction Administration position with residential land development company.

Responsibilities to include working with the development/construction team on a daily basis

Contracts

Prepare contractor contracts and distribution between developers and contractors
Ensure all contracts are completed and prepared for project construction
Obtain, log and maintain all contractor, supplier, and vendor insurance certificates and other required documents prior to commencement of job site work activities

Agreements and Contracts

Work with team to obtain and finalize various governmental agency agreements
Work with team to obtain and finalize utility contracts as applicable
Assist with scheduling pre-construction agency meetings and other meetings
Assist with preparing monthly developer invoices, budgets and bank draws
Control and maintain project files
Track Project approvals on city websites

Miscellaneous

Coordinate with erosion company to obtain and maintain documents per the Idaho DEQ requirements
Filing/setting up project files
Assist in Delivery of documents to various agencies
Assist engineers and developer with project amenities development through the construction process
Prepare and submit amenity Design Review and Building Permit applications per City agency requirements

The ability to interact with Highway Districts, City Departments, Contractors and Utility companies is a must.

The successful candidate will exhibit:

- Construction Administration experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

- A professional Presentation
