to join our busy private practice eye care team at Eyecare Associates of Boise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The front desk is the first impression of our clinic, and we are looking for someone who can balance professionalism, efficiency, and a welcoming attitude while managing a high volume of patients.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm Front Desk Receptionist required skills & qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred (optometry/ophthalmology a plus)

Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, friendly, and patient-centered attitude

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and learning EHR software

Strong time management skills and reliability (attendance and punctuality are a must)

Ability to remain calm and professional during busy clinic times
