Compensation

What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Repair Technician, you'll be the face of Overhead Solutions for homeowners needing repair services.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing roofing, siding, and exterior issues.
- Providing repair recommendations to homeowners.
- Performing repairs safely and professionally.
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process.
- Taking photos and documenting repairs.
- Maintaining your company vehicle and equipment.
- Working closely with our office team to schedule and complete repairs.
- Delivering the level of customer service that Overhead Solutions is known for.
Typical Repairs Include
- Replacing shingles
- Replacing pipe boots
- Skylight replacement
- Flashing repairs
- Roof leak diagnostics
- Siding repairs and replacement
- Fascia repairs and replacement
- Minor soffit repairs
- Exterior trim repairs
- General exterior maintenance repairs
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of roofing and/or exterior remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing and siding systems
- The ability to diagnose problems and recommend the proper repair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
