Scheduling Coordinator – Overman Family Dentistry (Ames, IA)

Overman Family Dentistry is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice in Ames, IA, dedicated to providing excellent care in a welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the daily schedule to ensure smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
Answer phones, greet patients, and provide outstanding customer service
Schedule and confirm appointments while maximizing productivity
Communicate with patients about treatment plans, follow-ups, and office policies
Collaborate with our dental and administrative team to support overall office operations

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a dental office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with dental scheduling software is a plus
A positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
