Our office is looking for an experienced Practice Manager!

Dental Experience and management experience preferred.

Our Practice prides itself on delivering top-quality patient care while promoting a positive work environment for our team. Our ideal candidate for the Practice Manager Position will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with the dentist and staff and promote teamwork through demonstrated behaviors while delivering exemplary patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service
Verify Insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns
Schedule appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect co-payments
Present treatment plans
Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities
Work closely with the Regional Director

Skills:

Dental Front Office experience required
Knowledge of dental insurance
Experience presenting treatment plans
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
