Full Job Description

Outside B2B Account Manager

Location: Outside sales territory-based role

Job Description

DiMAX helps businesses across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois run smarter with better office technology, managed IT services, business phone systems, and print solutions. We have been serving businesses since 2007, and we are looking for an experienced B2B Account Manager to help us grow.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who already understands business-to-business selling and has experience in at least one of the following areas:

Copiers, printers, or managed print services
Telecommunications, VoIP, or business phone systems
Managed IT services, cybersecurity, or related technology services

If you have sold into businesses, know how to manage a territory, and understand how to build long-term customer relationships, this could be a strong fit.

What You Will Do

As an Account Manager, you will own and grow a protected sales territory. You will work directly with business owners, executives, office managers, IT leaders, and decision-makers to help them improve their technology, reduce complexity, and make smarter buying decisions.

You will:

Manage and develop accounts across your assigned territory
Run appointments with business decision-makers
Close new business and grow recurring revenue
Build long-term customer relationships
Work with Sales Development Representatives who help generate qualified opportunities
Follow a proven sales process
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer information in our CRM
Partner with internal support, proposal, service, and management teams to deliver a strong customer experience

What We Are Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
Experience selling copiers, printers, managed print, telecom, VoIP, phone systems, managed IT, cybersecurity, or related office technology services
A proven ability to prospect, follow up, manage a pipeline, and close business
A hunter’s mindset with the patience to build long-term accounts
Strong communication and follow-through skills
The ability to work independently while still being part of a team
A valid driver’s license

This role includes:

Base plus uncapped commission
Manufacturer spiffs and bonuses
Income potential from $60,000 to $150,000+ per year, based on experience, territory, and performance

Dane County, WI (One Open)
Milwaukee, WI (Multiple Open)
