NEW addition to staff-- A Director of Marketing for 3 simply stunning CCRC campuses, where you will be the Wizard of Events, Promotions & Marketing!

Incredible budget for Events, support from corporate regionals and specialists launching and executing events as you daily create the connections important for referral sources for the Sales Team.

MUSTS: 3 years of verifiable track reocrd as Marketing and Event planner and host.

THIS IS NOT AN INSIDE ROLE, your track record must be available and evident. We are not considering any experience outside of healthcare; community contacts critical.

Marketing Director in Assisted Living, CCRC's, homecare or similar vital as your relationship buliding history and contacts will be key.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the senior living industry, including digital campaigns, community outreach, and brand positioning strategies.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events such as open houses, health fairs, community engagement activities, and promotional functions to attract prospective residents.
Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through personalized communication, site visits, and tailored presentations to convert leads into residents.
Oversee all aspects of event management including budgeting, vendor negotiations, contract management, catering arrangements, and guest services to ensure seamless execution.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and leverage social media platforms for increased outreach.
