Job Summary
We are seeking a part time dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosing oral health issues, and providing effective treatment plans. Your expertise will help improve our patients’ smiles and overall well-being while fostering a welcoming and professional environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your clinical skills within a supportive practice committed to excellence in dental care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including dental history review and oral examinations, utilizing dental terminology effectively.
Perform general dentistry procedures such as restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and care.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans that meet each patient’s needs and expectations.
Utilize dental imaging technology and aseptic techniques to ensure accurate diagnoses and infection control standards.
Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation protocols.
Assist in pediatric dentistry cases when necessary, demonstrating expertise in pediatric oral health and behavior management.
Maintain proficiency in dental office software systems such as Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and record-keeping.
Ensure adherence to infection control procedures and safety protocols to protect patients and staff alike.

Requirements

Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Proven experience in general dentistry with minunum one year private office experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to perform dental procedures including extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and communication.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment practicing four-handed dentistry techniques.
