Role Summary
Renew You Medical Wellness is a growing med spa and wellness practice in Broomfield, Colorado. We're hiring a full-time RN to own our weight-loss program - consultations, follow-ups, injections, and patient communication - working under written protocols with direct provider support. This is a W-2 role, 40 hours across five days: Tuesday and Thursday required, every other Saturday, and the rest of your schedule set together. You report directly to the owner.
Core Responsibilities
- Weight-loss care (~50%) - Run consultations and follow-ups once the initial provider evaluation clears the patient. Adjust doses within written protocols, manage orders, and own your patient relationships. At full ramp you'll average about 12 visits a day.
- Injections and IV therapy (~15%) - Vitamin and peptide injections under protocol, plus starting and running IV therapy. Botox and filler once certified - we pay for the certification and train you over-the-shoulder until you own it solo.
- Patient follow-up (~15%) - Work the daily communication log: refill requests, side-effect questions, dose-change calls, and the occasional pre-authorization. Handle what's clean under protocol and bring the rest to the provider.
- Clinical support (~10%) - Rooming, photos, blood draws, and drawing syringes when the schedule is light. Patient visits always come first.
- Front desk cross-cover (~5%) - Cover the desk when our patient coordinator is out or booked. The warmth patients get in the treatment room shows up at the desk too.
- Practice building (~5%) - Paid skin consultations, occasional appearances in social content, and consultative selling - walking a patient through what they need medically and why, then connecting it to a treatment plan or membership.
Key Performance Indicators
Your performance is measured on five things. The first three are hard numbers pulled from our practice management system and monthly revenue reports; the last two are scored at your monthly review.

Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing (compact accepted).
- Hospital or acute-care experience - you've seen what bad looks like and you know what to do about it.
- Full-time availability: Tuesday, Thursday, every other Saturday, five days a week.
- A genuine interest in wellness, aesthetics, and functional medicine - this is where you want your career to go, not a side gig.
- Warm, outgoing, and authentic with patients.
Nice To Have
- Botox and filler certification. Not certified? We'll pay for your training, with a stay commitment or payback agreement.
- GLP-1, weight-loss, or med spa experience.
- Comfort on camera for occasional social content.
- Laser certification, or interest in earning it.
Compensation Plan
Base Salary
$35 - $45 per hour ($72,800 - $93,600 at 40 hours), based on experience. You don't need med spa experience to start at a strong number - we're hiring clinical skill and training the rest. Raises and bonuses are tied to the KPIs above and to expanded scope: injectables certification, hormone training, lasers.
Revenue Threshold Bonus
10% of your personal net sales above a monthly baseline. The baseline reflects the book of patients you inherit; the bonus pays for what you grow past it. Structure:
- At or below baseline: no bonus - base pay covers the expected book.
- Above baseline: 10% of your net sales over the line.
- Your first 60 days are training and ramp - the bonus clock starts month three.
- Paid monthly, reconciled against the monthly revenue report.
Total Compensation Picture
Base plus bonus puts on-target earnings at roughly $85,000 - $95,000 a year, with paid certification training on top - credentials you keep for the rest of your career.

Current role: Registered Nurse
Next step: expanded clinical scope - hormone care and pelleting, laser certification, your own book of loyal injectable patients, and ownership of the IV therapy line.
Timeline: scope reviewed at 90 days and again at six months. Longer term, this seat grows toward a clinical coordinator role as the practice adds providers.
