US citizenship or an existing work visa is required

Responsibilities

Annual Commitments: Three scheduled board meeting per year, plus any Zoom meeting if needed (none during 2025), plus two Zoom audit committee calls (about 60 minutes)
Compensation Range: $50,000 – $100,000 (depending on committee participation) with all board related expenses covered by the Gaia (in addition)
Compensation Type: annual retainer plus a pay per a meeting

Qualifications

At least 20 years of professional experience in a C-suite senior leadership role in a corporation with annual revenues greater than $100 million revenue.

Proven ability to evaluate, forecast and analyze financial results
Gaia member
Strong financial background or CEO or CFO experience
Personal spiritual practice
Believing that the world can be changed for better
Ability to see though mass media spins of reality
Non-smoker
US citizenship or US residency.
