Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Work as a member of the Leadership Team to help set the direction and goals for the company.
Hold yourself and the leadership team to the highest standards for performance and culture.
Identify new opportunities for growth.
Team Management
Coach and Mentor the Marketing team to achieve personal and professional goals.
Ensure that priorities are set, take time to explore the “new shiny thing” while still holding true to the strategic goals.
Manage and improve the systems and processes in place to achieve growth goals and create a time/space for creative and innovative thought.
Work in tandem with the members of the Marketing Team to set the strategic direction, goals, and metrics specific to Marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience on an executive leadership team.
Experience working in and around chemicals in a variety of chemistry applications.
10+ years of experience leading a Marketing team.
Experience in CPG marketing.

Bonus points for anyone with these qualifications:

Experience in the home improvement or building products industry
Fluency in Spanish
