Key Responsibilities:

Loan Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Loan Processing: Manage the end-to-end loan process, including application review, approval, and disbursement.

Compliance: Ensure all loan packages meet credit conditions and regulatory requirements.

Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues.

File Management: Maintain organized and accurate loan files, including all required documentation and correspondence.

Reporting: Generate and maintain statistical reports to meet federal regulations and internal reporting requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, relationship managers, and other departments to ensure smooth loan operations.

Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of the loan portfolio, including monitoring loan performance and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan administration or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
