AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER – TOYOTA OF BOURBONNAIS

TOYOTA EXPERIENCE PREFERRED | IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY

Toyota of Bourbonnais is seeking a proven Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a driven, hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a sales team, desk deals, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or high-performing Desk Manager looking to take the next step with one of the fastest-growing Toyota dealerships in the region.

Responsibilities

Desk and structure retail transactions
Work directly with customers to help close deals and maximize customer satisfaction
Train, mentor, and develop sales consultants
Monitor sales activities and ensure CRM processes are followed
Drive showroom traffic and sales performance
Assist with inventory management and merchandising
Partner with Finance and Service departments to maximize dealership profitability
Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
Maintain strong manufacturer compliance and sales process standards
Help recruit, hire, and develop future sales talent

Qualifications

Previous Automotive Sales Management experience preferred
Toyota experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
Strong desking, closing, and negotiation skills
Experience managing and developing sales teams
Excellent leadership and communication skills
CRM and dealership software experience
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
