BlueCotton seeks Screen Print Press Operators to join our 2nd shift team (Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am) and help create the designs of our customers' dreams! We are looking for individuals who will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy a constant push to improve, BlueCotton is the place for you! In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an experienced automatic screen printing press operator, and after successful training, will be placed on an incentive-based pay scale that allows you to impact your income through your output.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quality – Follow all procedures to print customer orders correctly. Inspect all shirts and take necessary steps to ensure they are being printed with the highest print quality.
- Cost– Work productively while on the clock. Keeping a close watch on all garments being printed to reduce waste and mistakes.
- Service – Print garments in the most efficient manner in order to get the orders completed in the proper time schedule for our customers. Must follow all procedures and checklists to ensure quality outcomes for our customers.
- Teamwork – Work well with peers in all departments. Being helpful and willing to perform a variety of jobs to ensure our customers are satisfied.
- Maintenance – Ensure that the equipment is in good working condition by communicating any problems to your supervisor.
- Cleanliness – Keeping your work area clean and free of excess dirt, dust, and garbage. Keep screen printing equipment clean. Taking trash out when it is full.
- Punctuality– Be on time at the start of shift. Be on time when you go to and come back from breaks.
- Attitude– Have a positive attitude and set good examples for coworkers.
- Training – Show willingness and aptitude for learning and becoming proficient in all areas of your department.

- Pay starting at $16/hr based on experience
- 90-day introductory period with thorough training
- Following introductory period, guaranteed performance review every 90 days
