Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and safety guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pots, and food production appliances safely and efficiently.
Assist with food handling and food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients and assisting with meal assembly for various service needs.
Execute food preparation tasks including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques to meet high-volume production demands.
Follow recipe adherence closely to ensure flavor consistency and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods while maintaining a focus on food safety management.

Experience

Prior food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated proficiency in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and other culinary skills.
Experience working with kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, food processors, and sanitizing tools.
Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitizing protocols, and proper food handling practices is essential.
Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, especially if familiar with meal planning and special dietary needs.
Strong knife skills combined with high-volume production experience will set candidates apart.
Previous roles involving fine dining or high-quality food production will be viewed favorably for this energetic culinary position.
