What You'll Do

As a member of Mathews Financial Group, you'll work directly with individuals and families to help them find insurance and financial solutions that fit their needs and long-term goals.

Responsibilities include:

Contact prospective clients to schedule appointments
Meet with clients virtually by phone or Zoom
Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each client's goals, financial situation, and priorities
Educate clients on life insurance, retirement, and other financial protection options
Help clients identify coverage and retirement solutions they may qualify for based on their needs and goals
Present personalized recommendations and guide clients through the application process
Assist clients with policy reviews and ongoing service after their policies are in place
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
Keep accurate records of client interactions and appointments
Attend virtual team meetings, coaching calls, and training sessions
Manage your own schedule while working independently in a remote environment

Income Potential

While individual results vary, many of our agents achieve results similar to the following based on their level of activity:

Part-Time (1–2 sales per week): Approximately $25,000–$50,000 annually
Consistent Producers (3–5 sales per week): Approximately $75,000–$125,000 annually
High Producers (6–8 sales per week): Approximately $150,000–$200,000 annually

Our top-performing agents consistently exceed these production levels.
