Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Home Care Community Liaison and Outreach Specialist to serve as a vital bridge between our organization and the community. In this role, you will actively promote our home care services, foster meaningful relationships with community partners, and engage residents through strategic outreach initiatives. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will help us expand our reach, enhance community engagement, and ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives while developing your skills in community management, public relations, and project coordination.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to promote home care services across diverse populations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, local agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and service awareness.
Conduct engaging public speaking engagements, presentations, and informational sessions at community events to educate residents about available home care options.
Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns to increase visibility, share success stories, and foster online community engagement.
Coordinate volunteer programs and manage community events to enhance outreach efforts and strengthen community ties.
Collect data on outreach activities, analyze trends, and prepare reports to inform strategic planning and improve program effectiveness.
Oversee client communication efforts ensuring clear messaging, compassionate service delivery, and positive client experiences while managing budgets for outreach initiatives.

Job Title: Marketer

Position Overview:

As the Marketer for our home care agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and maintain relationships with referral sources. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Branding:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans
Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms
Conduct market analysis every 6 months to inform strategy

Digital Marketing:

Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
Take and edit photos for social media posts

Relationship Management:

Create and maintain a list of referral sources
Make on-site visits to referral sources weekly or bi-weekly
Create, manage, and distribute holiday lists and gifts to referral sources
Attend networking events at least once monthly

Client Engagement:

Create and distribute welcome packages for new clients
Send or personally deliver welcome gifts to new clients
Conduct surveys to gather client feedback and improve services

Caregiver Support:

Assist with caregiver introductions and training as needed

Administrative Tasks:

Manage DocuSign consents as required
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or home care settings
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and ability to develop engaging content
Proficiency in photo editing and graphic design software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Skills and Attributes:

Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and best practices
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with referral sources
Ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Adaptability to changing marketing trends and technologies
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits

This position requires a dynamic and versatile marketing professional who can effectively promote our home care agency while building strong relationships with clients and referral sources. As the Marketer, you will play a crucial role in growing our business and enhancing our reputation in the community.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
