What We're Looking for:

We're seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Billing Specialists at our Wilmington, Illinois facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of chassis, container, refrigeration, and genset repairs. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a vital role in supporting our operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the financial integrity of our business.

Pay Range: $18-$20, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, 8am - 4:30 pm
Location(s): Wilmington, IL, Onsite

Essential Responsibilities:

Accurately code and price work orders using Microsoft Excel
Ensure timely and accurate entry of repair work orders into customer portals or website
Enter in repair orders for customer approval
Direct interaction with customers on billing issues
Misc administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, scanning, copying, and other clerical support

Qualifications:

1 year experience working in an office environment
Intermodal experience with billing chassis, gensets, and refrigerated containers a plus
High Attention to detail with strong mathematical skills
Must be fluent in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
Must possess excellent computer skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately
Highly motivated individual and team player that is looking to join a dynamic growing company
