All treatments are prescribed and administered by experienced, board-certified registered nurses, ensuring the highest level of safety, professionalism, and trust.

**Job Overview:**

We’re excited to grow a team of skilled and valued registered nurses who share our passion for wellness and exceptional care. Strong IV-starting skills are essential, and ER experience is a plus (but not required). Our nurses also have the opportunity to earn gratuities based on client experiences and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome clients and ensure a comfortable, spa-like experience from start to finish
Educate clients on treatment options and wellness benefits, while professionally encouraging service upgrades or add-ons when appropriate
Prepare and customize IV cocktails according to established protocols
Obtain IV access and administer IV infusions safely and efficiently
Monitor clients throughout their session, ensuring comfort and well-being
Discontinue IVs and complete appropriate post-treatment procedures
Administer intramuscular (IM) injections as directed
Perform blood draws for wellness, weight loss, and hormone replacement therapies
Provide concierge or house-call services as needed (based on availability)
Maintain clear communication with management regarding inventory, supplies, and client feedback

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
Proven experience starting IVs — confidence and consistency are essential
Strong clinical judgment and attention to patient safety and comfort
Excellent communication and bedside manner, with a genuine passion for wellness and client care
Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a supportive team environment
CPR/BLS certification (required)
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some weekends or events as needed
Comfortable with client education and explaining wellness services in a professional, friendly manner
Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Previous ER, infusion, or urgent care experience preferred but not required

Base Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
