Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The Front Desk Concierge will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for residents, visitors, and staff alike.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and providing prompt responses to inquiries.
Handle front desk administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document proofreading with attention to detail.
Maintain organized reception areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
Facilitate client communication by providing information, answering questions, and coordinating appointments or meetings.
Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare correspondence and reports.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Provide customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining filing systems to support overall office operations.

Experience

Previous experience in administrative roles with a focus on front desk responsibilities is required.
Proven clerical experience involving multi-line phone systems, data entry, and document management is essential.
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in person and over the phone.
Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar).
Strong organizational skills combined with efficient time management are critical for success in this role.
