Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support office staff with personal assistant tasks as needed.

Skills

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications.
Excellent organizational abilities to maintain order in a busy environment.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an office clerk role is a plus.
