Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management with a proven track record in account management, business development, and customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage direct sales efforts while providing exceptional product demonstrations to clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in inside sales and direct sales techniques.
Oversee account management activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and market positioning.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management review.
Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to enhance service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
Existing client base/book of business.
Strong understanding of account management principles and software tools that facilitate effective tracking of customer interactions.
Demonstrated success in direct sales, with the ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution.
Experience conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions to diverse audiences.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Familiarity with business development practices and the ability to identify new market opportunities is highly desirable.
