Full Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and bilingual English/Spanish Purchasing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Hempstead, TX.

This position will primarily manage company purchasing and ordering needs, including employee uniforms, company swag, promotional items, giveaway items, and supplies. The role will also provide administrative support, assist with employee onboarding, and work with our promotional company to help develop and coordinate branded items.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate company purchasing and ordering needs.
Coordinate with management and employees to determine uniform needs and ensure employees receive the appropriate items in a timely manner.
Order and track uniforms, swag, promotional items, giveaway items, and other supplies.
Coordinate with management to ensure purchases stay within budget and obtain necessary approvals.
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, orders, and deliveries.
Work with our promotional company to assist with the selection, design, and development of branded promotional items.
Assist with employee onboarding and provide bilingual support as needed.
Maintain accurate purchasing and administrative records.
Assist with QuickBooks and other administrative tasks as needed.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish — required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with employees, management, and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
Previous purchasing, administrative, promotional products, or office experience is a plus.
Creative mindset and an interest in promotional products and branding is a plus.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
