As our brands continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to expand our online presence, strengthen customer engagement, and help turn social content into measurable business results.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our organic and paid social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. This position will develop content strategies, manage the social calendar, create and coordinate content, grow engaged communities, support product launches, manage paid social campaigns, and use performance data to improve reach, traffic, engagement, and sales.

Proven social media results required. Candidates should be prepared to provide a portfolio and examples of measurable improvements in audience growth, engagement, website traffic, conversions, paid-social performance, content reach, influencer campaigns, or social commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a results-focused social media strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, product launches, and e-commerce sales.
Plan, manage, and maintain a consistent social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create, edit, coordinate, and publish high-quality content, including social posts, captions, product photography, short-form video, Reels, Stories, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Manage organic social media growth through platform best practices, hashtags, trends, social SEO, audience targeting, community engagement, and content testing.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Track and improve reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, video views, click-through rate, website traffic, conversions, ROAS, cost per acquisition, and other social media KPIs.
Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, mentions, questions, reviews, and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and manage influencer marketing, creator partnerships, user-generated content, ambassador programs, giveaways, contests, and product-seeding campaigns.
Support new-product launches, seasonal promotions, email campaigns, marketplace initiatives, trade shows, and brand campaigns with coordinated social media content.
Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, creative, sales, customer service, and product teams to maintain consistent messaging, branding, and campaign priorities.
Monitor competitors, platform updates, cultural trends, customer conversations, and emerging content opportunities relevant to outdoor, hunting, fishing, home decor, gifts, and lifestyle audiences.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports that summarize results, insights, opportunities, risks, campaign performance, and recommended next steps.
Maintain social media accounts, permissions, content libraries, links, tracking codes, social-commerce integrations, and publishing workflows using Shopify and social media management tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Three or more years of hands-on social media marketing experience for a consumer brand, retailer, agency, or e-commerce business.
Proven track record of growing social media audiences, increasing engagement, improving traffic or conversions, and producing measurable business results.
Portfolio of social media campaigns, short-form videos, graphics, photography, captions, content calendars, or other relevant work samples.
Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and platform analytics.
Experience with paid social media advertising, audience targeting, retargeting, creative testing, campaign optimization, budgeting, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
Strong content creation, copywriting, storytelling, brand voice, editing, social SEO, hashtag research, and community-management skills.
Experience creating and editing short-form video using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative platforms.
Experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, Agorapulse, or similar platforms is preferred.
Ability to analyze social media and website data using platform insights, Google Analytics, Shopify reporting, spreadsheets, and campaign dashboards.
Excellent communication, organization, project-management, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, deadlines, platforms, and content requests.
Experience with influencer marketing, user-generated content, affiliate programs, social commerce, TikTok Shop, Facebook and Instagram Shops, or creator partnerships.
Experience with outdoor products, sporting goods, home decor, gifts, novelty products, or another consumer-products category is preferred.
