Full Job Description

We are an owned and managed property management firm with multi-family properties located nationwide. We are actively seeking a Senior Multi-Site Property Manager. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and meticulously organized individual to assist in managing all aspects of on-site property management for these properties including leasing, maintenance, arrears collection, and apartment turns. The ideal candidate will posses leadership abilities and will have experience delegating to a team.

Essential Duties

- Manage and Delegate to the on-site administrative staff to ensure all tasks are completed

- Responsible for leasing, rent collection, arrears collection, filling of apartment vacancies, lease renewals

- Prepare weekly and monthly property management and financial reports detailing rental income, tenant arrears, accounts receivable, utility and maintenance expenses, work orders, notices, vacancies and apartment turnovers

- Responsible for generating and processing monthly tenant and subsidy payments

- Handle delinquent accounts promptly

- Responsible for all aspects of Property Maintenance: delegating and monitoring work orders and maintaining apartments and appliances and grounds

Experience Required

- 5 years experience managing multi-site portfolios

- Team Player, with strong attention to detail

- Tech savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Programs, and Appfolio (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
