Full Job Description

Hamzavi Psychiatry and Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and Fully Licensed Therapist to join our growing outpatient mental health practice. We offer flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, an established referral base, and a collaborative, quality-focused environment where clinicians are supported professionally and personally.

We are looking for highly professional, motivated clinicians who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Candidates must reside in the United States.

Patient Population

Our practice primarily treats adolescents and adults experiencing:

Anxiety
Depression
ADHD
Trauma-related disorders
Mood disorders
Stress-related conditions

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient individual therapy services
Complete mental health assessments and treatment planning
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical staff regarding patient care
Provide culturally competent, compassionate care
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions

Qualifications

Fully licensed in Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LMFT, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
References required

Compensation

Competitive split-fee arrangement or hourly compensation structure
Experienced clinicians with specialization may be considered for:
Independent contractor status, or
Employee status with benefits
