Pay Range: Base salary plus commission, with expected earnings over $120,000 per year, and top performers able to earn $140,000+ per year.

Hours: Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend appointments as needed to accommodate customer schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.
Provide detailed proposals and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
Follow up with potential customers to address any questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and company offerings.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, in-home sales, or a related sales role.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC or sales training is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools for sales tracking.
