Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Wealth Management Client Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and our financial advisors, ensuring exceptional client service while managing day-to-day account activities. Your proactive approach will help foster strong relationships, streamline client interactions, and support the growth of our wealth management services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in client relationship management, project coordination, and financial services within a collaborative environment.

Duties

Manage and maintain client accounts using CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist clients with onboarding processes, account updates, and service inquiries to deliver a seamless experience.
Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to support client needs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Utilize order processing tools and SaaS platforms to execute client requests efficiently and accurately.
Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional services or products aligned with client goals.
Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to inform customer relationship strategies and data-driven decision making.
Communicate proactively with clients through various channels, providing timely updates and resolving customer service issues effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, or account management within financial services or related industries.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with order processing tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Knowledge of Advisor Gateway platform, Microsoft Office suite, and data analysis techniques to support customer insights.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to deliver exceptional client experiences.
A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills tailored toward customer service excellence.
