Pharmacy Chiefs is a rapidly growing healthcare sales and distribution organization serving thousands of medical practices, med spas, weight-management clinics, wellness centers and other healthcare providers nationwide.
We currently connect clinics with a nationwide network of pharmacy partners and are expanding into additional products and services that help medical practices generate revenue, reduce expenses and operate more effectively.
We are hiring a driven Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify, negotiate, launch and grow new revenue-producing partnerships for Pharmacy Chiefs and our clinic network.
Position Overview
This person will be responsible for identifying companies whose products and services can be offered to our existing clinic customers and broader nationwide database.
Potential partnership categories include:
- Medical supplies and DME products
- GLP-1 patient-support products
- Supplements and wellness products
- Hair-growth and sleep products
- Post-procedure and recovery products
- Medical, wellness and aesthetic devices
- Clinic software and artificial intelligence
- Website development and digital marketing
- Virtual-assistant and staffing services
- Patient financing and merchant processing
- Medical-waste and compliance services
- Laboratory and diagnostic services
- Medical-director and operational support services
- Additional products and services used by medical practices
The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with cold outreach, highly organized and capable of taking an opportunity from initial research through negotiation and commercial launch.
This is not a passive account-management position. It is an outbound business-development role for someone who enjoys uncovering opportunities, reaching decision-makers and creating new revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies, products and services that align with our clinic network
- Identify founders, executives, channel leaders and partnership decision-makers
- Conduct consistent outbound calls and personalized email outreach
- Present Pharmacy Chiefs’ customer reach, sales capabilities and email-marketing infrastructure
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective partners
- Develop partnership proposals and negotiate referral fees, wholesale margins, recurring revenue shares and other commercial terms
- Work directly with company ownership during contract review and final negotiations
- Ensure partnerships include clear tracking, attribution and customer-relationship protection
- Coordinate new partnership launches with our email-marketing, operations and sales teams
- Collect approved marketing materials, pricing, signup links, FAQs and training resources
- Create campaign-ready handoffs for the email-marketing team
- Train internal sales representatives on new opportunities when appropriate
- Manage partner relationships following launch
- Monitor clinic signups, sales, revenue and overall partnership performance
- Expand successful partnerships and revise or discontinue underperforming programs
- Maintain an accurate partnership pipeline in HubSpot
HubSpot and Activity Expectations
HubSpot is the company’s required system of record. The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Enter every prospective partner and decision-maker into HubSpot
- Complete or log all calls and emails through HubSpot
- Document conversations, proposals and negotiations
- Maintain accurate deal stages and projected launch dates
- Schedule a next follow-up task for every active opportunity
- Keep partnership records, notes and contact information current
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into daily activity and pipeline progress
Activity and opportunities that are not properly documented in HubSpot may not be credited toward performance expectations or commission eligibility.
Performance Expectations
The primary goal of this position is to create a consistent pipeline of qualified, revenue-producing partnerships.
Initial performance expectations include:
- Consistently researching and prospecting new companies
- Maintaining daily outbound call and email activity
- Generating 15–25 qualified decision-maker conversations per month
- Advancing 8–12 opportunities into proposal or active negotiation stages monthly
- Securing 3–5 qualified strategic partnerships per month
- Coordinating the launch of approximately 2–3 partnerships per month
- Ensuring every active opportunity has a documented next step
- Helping new partnerships generate measurable clinic activity and revenue
A partnership is not considered fully launched until commercial terms, tracking, marketing materials, clinic onboarding and internal handoff are completed.
Compensation
- $50,000 annual base salary
- Uncapped performance-based commission tied directly to revenue generated from approved partnerships originated and successfully launched by the employee
- Strong performers have the potential to earn $125,000–$150,000+ in total annual compensation as their partnership portfolio grows
- No limit on commission earnings
- Ongoing earning potential from each qualifying partnership for a defined period following its commercial launch
- Complete commission terms and eligibility requirements will be reviewed during the interview process and included in the formal compensation agreement
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel sales, B2B sales or a related role
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling ability
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with founders, executives and partnership leaders
- Strong organizational and follow-up habits
- Ability to discuss revenue models, pricing and commercial terms
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations and launch projects simultaneously
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM platform
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent activity and accountability
- Strong research, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings or company events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, medical devices, supplements, healthcare technology or professional services
- Experience negotiating referral, affiliate, distributor, reseller or channel-partner agreements
- Experience launching new products or services through email and sales campaigns
- Familiarity with med spas, weight-management clinics, IV clinics or independent medical practices
- Experience working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train an ambitious candidate who demonstrates excellent prospecting ability, business judgment and follow-through.

A successful person in this role will consistently uncover new opportunities, reach the correct decision-makers and convert conversations into organized, revenue-producing partnerships.
The job does not end when an agreement is signed. This person must ensure that each partnership is properly tracked, launched, marketed and positioned to create value for Pharmacy Chiefs, our partners and our clinic customers.
This position offers the opportunity to help build a new division within a rapidly expanding company. A top performer may have the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position overseeing strategic partnerships and new business verticals.
Work Location
This is an Atlanta-based hybrid position. The selected candidate will work closely with company ownership, particularly during the initial training and development period.
Occasional travel to Tampa, Florida, and other locations may be required for training, sales-team collaboration, partner meetings or company events.
