Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with the insurance solutions that best meet their needs. This energetic position combines outside sales efforts with exceptional customer service, empowering you to build lasting relationships while promoting a wide range of insurance products. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex insurance options, including health, life, property, and casualty coverage, ensuring they receive personalized support every step of the way. Responsibilities

Engage in outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand our customer base through proactive outreach and networking.
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable policies across health, life, property, and casualty insurance sectors.
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations.
Build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, answering inquiries, and assisting with benefits administration and claims processing.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client information efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to provide accurate guidance on health insurance, HIPAA compliance, and other coverage options.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies such as telemarketing campaigns and multilingual communication efforts to reach diverse audiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or related financial services.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex insurance concepts.
Knowledge of commercial insurance products as well as health, life, property, and casualty coverage options.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
Ability to analyze client needs thoroughly and tailor solutions accordingly using analysis skills.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client populations.
Familiarity with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA for health information privacy and benefits administration processes.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective communication and client communication strategies.
A proactive attitude toward telemarketing efforts and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding outreach efforts.
