Full Job Description

Compensation: $125,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives (OTE: $150,000+)

Who We Are

All 50 Law is a tech-enabled, highly scalable personal injury law firm focused exclusively on single-incident PI cases. We are heavily invested in the cutting edge of systems development, automation, and tech infrastructure.

We are currently operating with a lean, highly effective intake team of 6 full-time specialists. Over the next 12 months, we are scaling that team to 25+ fully remote representatives.

The Objective

You will be stepping into a high-stakes, high-impact role with the mandate to build, scale, and optimize a world-class remote call center. You will have the resources, the technology, and the autonomy to build one of the most sophisticated legal intake departments in the United States.

What You Will Do

Scale: Create and execute the hiring, onboarding, and training playbook to take our fully remote intake team from 6 to 25+ representatives within 12 months.
Construct the Management Infrastructure: As the department grows, you will be responsible for identifying, hiring, and developing a robust support layer to maintain performance at scale.
Own the KPIs: Establish, track, and optimize key performance indicators. You will be responsible for lead-to-retained conversion rates, response times, and overall departmental efficiency.
Systems: Partner with our leadership team to optimize and integrate CRM workflows and API automations to ensure no lead falls through the cracks and lead-routing is flawless.
Drive Remote Accountability: Develop an elite remote work culture. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and firing to ensure only top performers remain on the team.
Ensure Quality Control: Implement call auditing, script optimization, and ongoing coaching programs to ensure every potential client experiences empathy, urgency, and professionalism.

Who You Are

Call Center Expert: You have a proven track record of managing and scaling high-volume, fully remote call centers or inside sales teams.
Data-Obsessed: You know how to build dashboards, diagnose funnel leaks through data, and make operational decisions based on hard numbers.
Systems Thinker: You are proficient with modern tech stacks, complex routing rules, and CRM automations. You know how to build workflows that reduce human error and increase speed-to-lead.
Decisive Leader: You know how to manage remote teams effectively, holding individuals accountable to strict performance metrics.
Note: Prior experience in legal intake or personal injury is a strong plus, but it is not required. Mastery in high-volume call center operations is more important than a legal background.

Pay: $125,000.00 per year
