Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Clerk to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document organization
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Assist with clerical duties like typing reports, managing office files, and supporting administrative projects

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls with professionalism
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
Customer service experience in a reception or front desk role is preferred
Knowledge of office management practices including basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
