Dental Associate – Join Our Established Private Practice

Our privately owned, one-doctor dental practice is excited to be hiring a Dental Associate for the first time in many years!

Our office has proudly served the community for over 40 years. The current owner purchased the practice in 2000, and we continue to care for multiple generations of families—many of whom have been with us since before the ownership transition. Along the way, we've also welcomed countless new patients who have become part of our dental family.

Our team is one of our greatest strengths. Many of our employees have been with us for 10–20 years, while others have joined within the last few years and plan to stay for many more. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment where everyone is valued.

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and friendly dentist who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and working alongside a fun, professional, and dedicated team. The ideal candidate is down-to-earth, a true team player, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Our practice is equipped with modern technology, including iTero and CEREC, and we provide our team with high-quality materials and equipment to deliver the best possible care. We are committed to continuing education and professional development, offering annual HIPAA, OSHA, Infection Control, and CPR training. Whenever possible, our team also enjoys attending continuing education courses together outside the office.

Schedule

Minimum commitment of 2-3 days per week,
Potential need for some saturdays-*our office is currently re-structuring our schedule so we are flexible and up for discussion with days/ hours

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation and benefits are competitive, negotiable, and will be discussed directly with the practice owner.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current, unrestricted state dental license
Up-to-date with all continuing education and licensure requirements
Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment planning skills
Excellent chairside manner with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Passion for providing high-quality dentistry and exceptional patient care
