VR Expert is a fast-growing European tech startup specializing in VR/AR enterprise solutions, with offices in Brooklyn, the Netherlands, and Germany. The Role
Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology? If so, we are hiring a Junior Sales Associate to join our Brooklyn team. This is an entry-level role built for someone who is hungry to learn and ready to throw themselves into a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
In this role, you won't just be selling hardware; you’ll be helping businesses integrate the future of work. You'll work directly alongside our senior sales associates and founder, supporting the sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing, while rapidly developing the skills to eventually run your own accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads, send quotes, and support the closing process.
- Sales Support: Work alongside Account Managers to manage client portfolios and assist in closing deals.
- Market Research: Build sales decks and identify new opportunities through research.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent VR Expert at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Target Achievement: Work toward and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Must-Haves
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: No prior sales experience needed — we are looking for someone ready tobuild their career from the ground up and genuinely excited to do so.
- Sales Grit: A proactive, high-energy, assertive mindset. You take initiative and do notwait to be told what to do.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Tech Curiosity: A genuine interest in new technology and the ability to pick up technical specs quickly.
- Location: Based in or able to commute to Brooklyn, NY.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in a client-facing role (retail, hospitality, or internships).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Public speaking or presentation experience.
What we offer
- Salary: $42,000 – $45,000 base salary with an uncapped bonus and commission plan.
- Time Off: 20 days PTO.
- Development: Yearly training budget for professional certifications and skill-building.
- Commuting: Travel and commuting reimbursement.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours, in-office (Brooklyn, NY).
