Full Job Description

Karre Ventures is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO at the highest level. We need a polished, discreet professional capable of managing a demanding executive's schedule, communications, and travel with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate anticipates needs before they're voiced, exercises sound judgment under pressure, and can represent the CEO professionally with internal teams, external partners, and high-profile contacts. This role requires travel, including international travel, to support the CEO at meetings and events as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and competing priorities
Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal executives, external partners, legal counsel, and other stakeholders
Draft, review, and respond to emails on the CEO's behalf, exercising judgment on tone, urgency, and appropriate escalation
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage logistics, deadlines, and competing demands
Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing requests for the CEO's time and attention
Manage expense reports and other administrative functions tied to the CEO's schedule

Skills

Proven experience supporting a senior executive or C-suite leader
Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization abilities
Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and act without close supervision
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
Flexible availability to support travel schedules and occasional after-hours needs
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in scheduling tools, email management, and standard business software
