General Manager – Diesel Shop & Mobile Service Operations Mobile Transportation Group | Brush Colorado. Are you a leader who thrives where the rubber meets the road?
Mobile Transportation Group, a premier provider of heavy-duty truck repair and 24/7 roadside assistance, is looking for a hands-on General Manager. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team of 5-7 technicians across both a fixed shop environment and a dynamic mobile service truck operation.

The Role:
As General Manager, you aren't just managing a schedule; you are the engine of our regional operation. You will oversee daily shop activities, dispatch mobile units, and ensure our commitment to getting drivers back on the road quickly is met every single time.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Your Team: Manage, mentor, and schedule 5-7 diesel technicians, balancing shop workload with urgent mobile service calls.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily P&L, maintain shop safety standards , and manage parts inventory.
Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for fleet accounts and emergency service requests, ensuring high-quality, reliable repairs.
Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities to expand our mobile service footprint and improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3-5+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a diesel repair or fleet maintenance environment.
Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of heavy-duty truck/trailer repair and mechanical troubleshooting.
Logistics Savvy: Ability to manage complex dispatching for mobile units across the Denver metro, Colorado Front Range and beyond.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and maintain strong client relationships.
