Regional Clinical Sales Manager – Assisted Living Communities
Join a Growing Senior Living Organization and Make a Difference!
Chancellor Senior Management is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Regional Clinical Sales Manager to support sales and occupancy growth within several of our 15 assisted living communities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with proven sales and management experience who understands senior care and knows how to build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community teams.
The Regional Clinical Sales Manager will work closely with community leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, increase occupancy, strengthen referral relationships, and ensure each community has a consistent and effective sales process.
What You'll Do
- Provide regional sales leadership and support to several of our 15 assisted living communities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and census.
- Coach and mentor Executive Directors, Sales Directors, and other community leaders on effective sales techniques.
- Monitor sales activity, leads, tours, deposits, move-ins, and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans for communities that are not meeting sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, home health agencies, hospice organizations, senior service providers, and other referral sources.
- Participate in community tours and assist with high-priority or difficult-to-close prospects.
- Help community teams effectively communicate the value of assisted living to prospective residents and their families.
- Develop creative outreach and referral strategies to generate new leads.
- Work with operations and clinical leadership to ensure sales messaging accurately reflects the services and care provided.
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching for community teams.
- Share best practices across communities and create consistency in the sales process.
- Assist with regional sales meetings, community events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
- Travel regularly among several of the organization's 15 communities.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- RN or LPN license preferred.

- Strong understanding of the needs of seniors and their families.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate referrals.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate sales and leadership teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable analyzing sales and occupancy data and turning that information into action.
- Willingness to travel between communities on a regular basis.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The Ideal Candidate
