Laura Leon Law, PLLC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our employees with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.

Job Description

Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Superb organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and take actions independently.
Excellent English & Spanish language skills, both verbal and written.
General computer knowledge and typing skills, including word-processing, email, and forms software.
Ability to receive and analyze information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
