Notify officers of negative balances or other account-specific issues.
Shred documents in accordance with federal, state and industry regulations.
Process wire transfers, domestic and international, and ensures all required documentation is collected and completed, as well as, maintaining records of such transfers.
Process wire returns and/or rejects.
Perform the Call Back procedures on all wire transfer request that are completed by fax, e-mail, cash management, and phone requests.
Communicate well with internal and external customers by e-mail and phone calls.
Handle research requests as needed.
Train to be back-up to department co-workers, as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2+ years of banking experience with a strong understanding of wire transfers.
Basic knowledge of federal banking regulations, including BSA, AML laws, and OFAC Sanctions Programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong ability to operate office equipment, including scanners, image systems, and printers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
