We currently have an opening for an Entry-Level Production Engineer in our Goodyear, AZ facility. Responsibilities include:

Prepare manufacturing shop drawings and work order/detail sheets for customer orders through the use of
AutoCAD base drawings and the Friedman Frontier ERP system.
Utilize the Engineering Drawing Database to create production drawings.
Verify applications and construct work orders as well as bills of material for order
fabrication through our ERP system.
Update, correct, and/or create drawings based on application.
Accurate, neat and timely preparation of design fabrication drawings for customer and manufacturing use.
Correct and timely preparation and modification of fabrication work order information.
Correct and timely preparation and modification of fabrication bills of material.
Interact with Engineering staff and at times with other supporting departments.
Maintain/ensure that all standards are followed and, upon request, provide supporting documentation for

Qualifications:

AS Mechanical Engineering Technology, BS Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, release 2016 or later is essential.
Some knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, ERP systems, fabrication processes, and a mechanical background preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills required with the ability to meet deadlines.
