Full Job Description

Selling Sales Manager (High Volume) 150K-300K+ total compensation per year: The Best Home Improvement company in North America, Five Star Bath Solutions has the BEST bathroom products and services along with the BEST Sales Support anywhere.

Position: Selling Sales Manager Bathroom Remodeling Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take our sales to the next level! An experienced, results-driven Selling Sales Manager to lead and sell for a home improvement company. Responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of 1-2+ Sales Representatives and a lead Ambassador for a major Home Improvement store throughout the Central California market while actively selling and closing Deals themselves. Focus on driving revenue growth, improving closing rates, and ensuring exceptional customer experience from lead to installation.

Qualifications:

4+ years of outside/field sales experience in home improvement, construction, remodeling, or a closely related industry
2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
Residential home improvement sales experience, closing two million or more annually
Experience building rapport through open-ended questions
Proven track record of achieving quota and growing territory revenue.
One-Call Closer with an allergy to “maybe”.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Responsibilities:

Lead, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team of 1-2+ Sales Reps and lead Ambassador; set clear targets and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
Actively prospect, present, and close residential home improvement bathroom projects to meet personal and team sales targets.
Monitor KPIs (Demo rate, Closing rate, revenue, and lead flow from big box stores) and report results to leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with installers, project managers and relationships with the big box stores
Lead weekly sales meetings, conduct ride alongs, attend Product Knowledge sessions as well store visits and run 4-5+ appointments weekly.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving under pressure.

Competitive compensation with significant earning potential including a base salary of $30K-$35K + commission and bonus
