Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team in St. Michael, MN. If you have a passion for precision machining and are looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Join us and contribute to our commitment to excellence!

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
Programming experience in Esprit preferred (will train)
Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
