Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Legacy Account Manager to join our team and drive long-term success with our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster trust, expand our market presence, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development initiatives, leverage technology sales expertise, and contribute to our company's growth in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage a portfolio of legacy accounts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and personalized service
Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and execute targeted business development activities
Conduct warm calling campaigns to reconnect with dormant clients and introduce new offerings or solutions
Negotiate contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential while maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals aligned with client needs
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, demonstrating clear value propositions and fostering mutually beneficial agreements

Skills

Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and secure long-term commitments
Strong business development acumen with experience in B2B sales across various industries
Expertise in technology sales, including understanding technical products and solutions
Proficiency in account management strategies that enhance customer loyalty and revenue growth
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively articulate value propositions and build rapport
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Skilled in marketing techniques that support sales initiatives and brand positioning
Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently, establishing trust quickly with prospective clients
