What You Will Do
Provide guidance in the defense of the Company’s legal interests and keeping operations within the legal parameters. Advise all business units and levels of management. Provide advice to General Counsel and Senior Management on legal and regulatory matters and make recommendations on how to safeguard and serve the Company's legal interests.

Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, employment law, compliance, and intellectual property.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the organization's interests.
Manage and mitigate legal risks through proactive legal strategies and policies.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance and provide training on legal issues.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in the resolution of disputes and manage litigation as necessary.
Support the company in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Juris Doctorate’s degree from an accredited law school, with 5+ years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm, preferably in corporate law in a regulated industry (FDA, EPA, etc.)
Admission to any State Bar
Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of:
Corporate law
Contract law
Compliance regulations
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

Work Environment and Physical Demand
Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

Annual Base Salary Range: $160563.00 - $214084.00
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
