EXPERIENCED COUNTERTOP INSTALLER
West Allis, WI | $27–$32/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
SUMMIT GRANITE STONE AND CABINET DESIGN is hiring an experienced Countertop Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled, safe, dependable stone professional with at least 4 years of verifiable professional countertop installation experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Professional installation of natural stone, granite, quartz, quartzite, marble and similar materials
- Strong skills with seams, sinks, backsplashes, leveling, fitting and field adjustments
- Proven ability to safely handle, move, transport and install heavy and fragile stone
- Ability to recognize when additional support, equipment or team handling is required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers, coworkers and supervisors and understand job and safety instructions
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States
PAY, SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
$27–$32/hour, based on verified experience and demonstrated skills | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 40-hour standard workweek; two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch
- 5 days PTO and 5 paid holidays
- Approved overtime when appropriate; all hours worked are recorded and paid

Occasionally, an installation may run beyond normal hours because of job-site or installation conditions. Installers are expected to work with the team to properly complete or secure the job. All time worked will be paid.
PERFORMANCE, QUALITY & SAFETY
Experienced installers are expected to safely and professionally complete approximately 2–3 FULL KITCHEN installations OR 2–3 FULL BATHROOM installations per day, based on project conditions. A full kitchen commonly includes 3–5 stone pieces; a full bathroom may include 2–3 pieces.
Safety and quality are non-negotiable. We follow applicable OSHA safety requirements, established material-handling procedures and required PPE. Installers must use proper judgment, equipment and team-handling methods to prevent injury, stone damage and customer-property damage.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Qualified candidates will complete a telephone interview, followed by an in-person interview at our West Allis facility, where experience and stone-handling knowledge may be evaluated. All new hires must complete required employment eligibility verification.
