- Schedule: Full time schedule. Must be available to work mornings, mid-day, evenings and weekends

In this role, you'll help bring events to life by leading catering staff, coordinating with culinary and event teams, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. From intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets, you'll play a key role in creating experiences that exceed expectations.
What You'll Do
As a Catering Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and supervise banquet and catering staff during events, assigning responsibilities and providing hands-on support
- Oversee event setup, food service, and breakdown to ensure events are executed on time and to the highest standards
- Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for clients, vendors, conference services, and event organizers
- Coordinate with culinary, sales, conference services, and support teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Ensure food and beverage service reflects outstanding hospitality and quality standards
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on service excellence, food safety, and operational procedures
- Assist with staffing schedules and labor planning to support efficient operations
- Monitor inventories of catering equipment, supplies, linens, and beverages, and submit product and equipment requests as needed
- Ensure catering equipment is properly cleaned, returned, secured, and stored after each event
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, food safety, organization, and workplace safety through active supervision and checklists
- Resolve guest or service concerns professionally, promptly, and with a hospitality-first mindset
- Assist with room layouts, event preparation, and equipment setup when needed
- Complete event reports, communicate feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Report maintenance or equipment needs and support the Catering Manager with operational planning and administrative responsibilities
- Take ownership for the successful execution of assigned catered events from beginning to end
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous catering, banquet, or hospitality experience, including serving meals, setting tables, buffet service, and event setup
- Has experience leading or supervising a team during meal service or catered events
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Motivates, coaches, and develops team members to perform at their best
- Delegates responsibilities effectively while remaining engaged and supportive
- Pays close attention to details and takes pride in delivering exceptional events
- Consistently meets deadlines and follows through on commitments
- Communicates clearly and professionally with guests, staff, and event partners

- Understands food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Takes initiative and enjoys being a hands-on leader
