Full Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and assist guest with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain cash register operations
-Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Manage reservations, cancellations and modifications accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication, and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to handle difficult situations
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel software
